1.  Order processing and verification typically takes 1-4 business days depending on demand levels and product shortages.

2. We ship our orders from worldwide warehouses in Greece, Poland, France and Hong Kong (depends on availability stock) .
The expected time of Bottle Collection arrival is 20-28 business days.
The expected time of Glass Collection arrival is 10-12 business days. (*)

3. Delivery at your doorstep!

Please note:

If your purchased item is on pre-order, it may take longer to arrive at your doorsteps due to manufacturing delays. Most pre-ordered products will take about 45 business days to deliver.

If you purchased more than one  item, please note that most of the times we ship your order separetely to secure faster shipping times and no custom fees for you!

You will always receive an email once your order is processed as well as a tracking number. 

If you tracking your order and it shows:  "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT" this happens because  some shipping companies need 2-5 business to update tracking information on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

If your tracking number does not working on our page Track Your Order, you can try on this website to track your package and all the details that you need. 


Changes To Orders

Once an order is placed, we cannot add, remove, or change any items/addresses in the order. 


Incorrect Addresses

In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly when an order is placed, Branor assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out a replacement package or refund these orders. 

If you realize that you submitted an incorrect address at the time of your order, please email us through our Contact Us page to notify us immediately. We can only correct the address if the order has not been shipped out yet.



Refunds are being issued in the following cases:

1. The incorrect item was received in terms of color or model (evidence is needed).
2. The item is broken or defective (evidence is needed).
3. The estimated delivery time of the order has expired. (90 days)
4. The shipment went missing.

Plese note : Refunds can not be accepted 14 days after your delivery.
You are not eligible for a refund if the item hasn't been posted even though it is dispatched. You can track your order by using your tracking number.

In case (1+2) refunds will be processed upon receiving the returned item. For the quickest money refund, please contact us to find out your nearest postal address.

It is vital that all returns be packaged the same way they were shipped, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If it has been over 48 hours since we received the return and you haven't received a refund please contact us.

Customs fees or taxes

This is not a common occurrence, but it can happen. When travelling across borders, your order may be held up at customs. So, in case of receiving a message from your Customs Office that requires "paypal, invoice or a receipt" PLEASE CONTACT US and we will arrange it on your behalf! 



Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
